All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update once your order is dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real-time through our logistics partner’s portal.
In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to wrong address or no response, our team will reach out to you for assistance. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
