Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time

• Metro Cities Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Non-Metro & Remote Areas Delivery: 5–7 working days
• Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festive seasons, or courier partner delays.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: ₹49 shipping across India
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 shipping & handling fee
• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real-time through our logistics partner’s portal.

Delivery Attempt & Issues

In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to wrong address or no response, our team will reach out to you for assistance. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
