Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date.

If your product is Damaged and incorrect or replacement orders will be redelivered within 5-7 working days. We accept returns only for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Note: Earrings and studs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless received damaged.
